How do I make an appointment?
luma rejuvenation is by appointment only. Returning clients can book through luma.janeapp.com. New clients can call (403) 214-0074 so we can assist with booking requirements.
Where do I park when I visit luma?
Park in the second-floor INDIGO lot attached to the building. The ramp is on 17th Ave between D Spot Dessert Cafe and Domino's Pizza. We do not validate parking. Please register for parking in the lot and come up to the 4th floor.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our aesthetics schedule books up quickly, so we ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours are charged a $50 fee. Appointments cannot be cancelled through Jane within that window, so please call the clinic.
What are your payment options?
luma rejuvenation accepts major credit cards, debit, and cash payments. We do not accept cheques.
