Shipping

We ship within Canada only. Shipping rates and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Free shipping on orders of $200 or more.
• Orders below $200 are charged shipping at the rate shown at checkout.
• Orders ship from our Calgary clinic.

Returns

Unopened, untampered products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging, for a refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of opened skincare products are final — no refunds are available for opened skincare packages.

How to start a return

To start a return, email returns@lumarejuvenation.com with your order number. Once your return is confirmed, ship the product to:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email returns@lumarejuvenation.com within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
