How to use
- Adults: take 1 serving (10 mL / 2 teaspoons) 1 to 2 times daily with meals.
- Take a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
- May be mixed with water or another beverage; do not drink directly from the bottle.
- Use only if the safety seal is intact; store in a cool, dry place.
